Mountain Outreach Flights’ central mission is to facilitate free air transportation for medical and humanitarian purposes. Mountain Outreach Flights is a Utah based Non-Profit 501c3 that transports qualifying patients and their families by airplane to distant medical facilities that are not available to them locally. Mountain Outreach Flights is a corporation whose activities are governed by its officers and Board of Directors who serve on a volunteer basis, without compensation. MOF employs no pilots and relies upon the donation of pilot services from its founders. MOF intends to own and operate a Cessna 340 aircraft for the sole purpose of carrying out its mission. Flights arranged by MOF are not commercial flights and are not governed by the same standards as airline or charter flights. The pilots are volunteers willing to help you with your transportation needs. MOF employs one Mission Coordinator who, along with volunteers, will attempt to obtain a suitable flight schedule to aid in the passenger’s transportation needs. While we make every effort to help those in need, we cannot accommodate all requests for transportation.
